The most important reason is when you clean a block paved area it removes all of the old sand, this sand helps lock all of the blocks into place. Without replacing the sand, you run the risk of the blocks moving and becoming dislodged over time. We simply wait for the area to be fully dry before coming back to re-sand & then spray a protective sealant over the top too further help protect & waterproof the area.

Don’t worry about suppling access to water and electricity – we carry our own supply, so as long as we have access to the area you want cleaned, you don’t even need to be in. Please consider the drainage that supports the area you wish to clean. If you have drainage but it’s blocked or clogged do let us know, we might be able to help you with that too.
